Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Altazip Internet is accepting applications for Customer Service Representative (CSR) on our technical support staff. Duties will include but not limited to, Answering telephone calls and providing technical support in a courteous and prompt manner. Applicant must have a solid understanding of Internet connectivity technology. Applicant must also be comfortable and fluid in operation of various computer operating systems which may Include, Microsoft Windows (98,XP or Vista) and understanding of Macintosh OSX / Linux. Hours of operations will be rotating schedule which will require shifts during weekends and some holidays.
